Job Description

Collect and clean data from various sources (internal and external) to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify process improvement opportunities or potential risks.
Create dashboards and periodic reports using visualization tools such as Power BI.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, SCM, Marketing, and Finance) to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy, operational efficiency, or performance improvement.
Automate reporting and analytics processes for work efficiency and real-time decision-making.
Create analysis documentation and data pipelines, and ensure reusability and scalability in data analysis.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Proficient in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Python/R (preferred), Power BI (preferred)/Tableau.
Strong communication skills, able to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Able to work independently and in a team, and flexible to ad-hoc needs. Additional Competencies:
Basic understanding of ERP systems or enterprise databases such as SAP/Oracle.
Experience in data projects in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Familiarity with data warehouse, ETL, and cloud database concepts (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
