About The Team

The Budgeting & Planning team will be responsible for compiling, monitoring, and analyzing budget submissions and utilization from all social channels. This role involves setting monthly performance targets, conducting ad-hoc strategic analysis projects, and ensuring efficient budget management.

Job Description

  • Compile and set overall monthly budget submissions from all social channels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of budget data from various departments.
  • Monitor and analyze budget utilization across all social channels.
  • Identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement in budget utilization.
  • Provide regular reports on budget performance to management.
  • Monitor the achievement of these targets and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any performance shortfalls.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis projects as required by management.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis findings.
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets.
  • Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders.
